Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

1 cup fresh coconut pieces
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp tamarind
4 green chilis
1 tbsp roasted chana dal
1/2 inch ginger
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 red chilis
2-3 chopped curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
Pinch of hing
1-2 tbsp oil

Directions

Blend the coconut, cilantro, tamarind, green chilis, roasted chana dal, ginger, and cumin powder to a paste.

Heat up a pan
