Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
3-4 dried red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
6-8 cashews halved
5-8 green chillies
5-8 curry leaves
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 bag of rice sevai
2 cups hot water
8 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Directions

Heat up a pan and add the oil

Add the red chillies and mix

Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and mix

Add the cashews and mix

Add the green chillies and mix

Add the curry leaves and mix

Add the hing and turmeric and mic

Take a separate bowl and add the rice sevai

Add the water to the bowl and soak the rice sevai

Drain and add the rice sevai to the pan and mix
