Naan

Naan is the perfect accompaniment to any Indian meal. It can be used to scoop up curries, dips, and chutneys, or it can be torn into pieces and used to soak up the juices of a grilled or roasted dish. Naan is also delicious on its own, simply spread with butter or garlic butter.

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2-3 cloves grated garlic

Directions

Combine all purpose flour, yogurt, oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl

Take a piece of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin

Move it to a pan

Let it cook until it has bubbles

Flip and transfer to grill

Let it cook

Apply some melted butter

Add the garlic on top
