Paneer Curry

Ingredients

1 onion diced
4 tomatoes chopped
1 inch cinnamon
4 cloves
2 cardamom pods
2 bay leaves
1 tsp sajeera
10 cashews
1 pack paneer
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter

Directions

Heat up a pan

Add some oil

Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, sajeera, and cashews

Saute

Add onion and tomatoes and mix

Cook for 10 mins with the lid on

Let it cool

Blend

Add the butter and ginger garlic paste

Mix for a while

Add all powders and mix

Add tomato puree and mix

Cook with the lid on until oil floats

Add the paneer, salt, and kasuri methi and mix
