Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp oil
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp sugar
2 cups all purpose flour

Directions

Add eggs and whisk until it is foamy

Add the milk and buttermilk

Add the melted butter and oil

Whisk well

Add baking powder, salt, sugar and mix

Add the flour and mix

Rest for 15-20 mins

Heat up a pan or griddle

Brush some melted butter on the pan

Use a ladle to put some batter on to the pan

Let it cook until it has bubbles

Flip it over

Put some melted butter on top

Repeat steps 9-13 for each pancake
