Ingredients

2 cups moong dal
1/2 cup rice
1/4 cup urad dal
1/4 tbsp methi seeds
1/4 cup soaked flat rice
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 onion diced
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Toppings of your choice

Directions

Add the moong dal to a bowl
