Ingredients

1/2 onion sliced
1 tomato chopped
2 green chillies
1/4 inch ginger diced
2-3 curry leaves
1 stem cilantro chopped
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
4 cups puffed rice

Directions

Wash the puffed rice

Heat up a pan and add some oil

Add hing, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal and saute

Add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, ginger and mix

Add turmeric powder and mix
