For Australia, We provide channels in IST time zone but ZeeTV channel is in Australian time zone.
For rest of the world Channels are available in IST time zone.
7. How to watch Free to Air Channels?
Please register at
www.swadesitv.com, for free. Once you register you can watch free channels on your PC/Laptop.
8. What is SwadesiTV Player Plug-in?
It is HD Optimizer which helps you to watch the channels in HQ.
9. What are the browsers supported by SwadesiTV?
SwadesiTV is supported on all the browsers. You can watch the channels on IE, Mozilla, Chrome and Safari.
10. Can we add SwadesiTV channels on our personal website and blogs?
No, we do not have an option for providing channels to other website.
11. SwadesiTV used to provide free channels on our devices without any subscription, why not now?
We would like to inform you that free users cannot watch "My Account" tab on any device unless you subscribe for the package. You need to subscribe for atleast one package to watch the channels.
As per the agreement with the content providers we cannot provide you free channels on devices.
12. Can I subscribe for single channels?
As of now we do not have an option to subscribe for single channel. You need to subscribe the package/packages available on the website.
13. Are there any hidden charges?
We are very transparent in our Business; you just need to pay for subscription, account activation and device activation. There are no hidden charges.
14. Are the channels provided in HD?
Indian channels are still in SD so we provide channels in HQ (720 P). But we do have few channels that are provided in HD.
15. Is there any referral program available?
Yes, we do have referral program.
- If an existing customer refers a friend and friend purchases yearly package, both the existing customer and his friend(new customer) will get one month of bonus to their respective existing subscriptions.

16. Why do I get an Access denied message while trying to watch channels in PC?
- Access denied indicates a problem with your browser. Please try the following:
- Clear browser cookies and cache by opening your browser, then click on Tools -> Internet Options -> clear/delete cookies.
- Restart your computer
17. If I have terminated my SwadesiTV Subscription but would like to rejoin now, Can I use my previous account information?
Yes, you can access your SwadesiTV account using the same login credentials. Only your subscription is cancelled but not your SwadesiTV account.
18. If I miss any program is there any option so that I can watch that program according to my convenience? Is there any extra charge I need to pay for this additional service of Catch-up TV?
Catch-up TV are is meant for user’s to watch the channels at their convenient time by clicking on the respective date icon to get all the list of Catch-up TV of their favorite channels. From the past, 10 days of Catch-up TV of each & every program is stored, so that our users won`t miss the program of their choice.
SwadesiTV does not charge extra for watching Catch-up TV as it is included in the package price.
19. What is the procedure to watch movie online through SwadesiTV? How I can pay for that?

20. Can I subscribe to two different packages at a time?
Yes, customer can subscribe for two packages at a time of two recurring or two Non Recurring Packages, but not one that is recurring and other as non recurring.
21. What is a Non Recurring Package?
Non Recurring Package means a Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Yearly Packages for which we will be charged only once at the time of package subscription.
22. Are SwadesiTV package different with different location?
Yes there are different packages for different Geo location.

24. Do I need to install any particular antivirus to watch SwadesiTV?
You can have any antivirus installed in your PC.

CATCH-UP TV stands for Video-On-Demand. User’s can watch the channels at their convenient time by clicking on the respective Day icon to get all the list of CATCH-UPs of their favorite channels. From the past 10 days we store each & every program, so that our users won`t miss any of their favorite program.
9. How do I install SwadesiTV on my TV?
To install and use SwadesiTV, you need minimum Internet download speed of 4Mbps.

- Select SwadesiTV app on your TV (You can download from app store)
- List of packages along with free channels are visible on your TV Screen
- Select the package that you have subscribed for
- Select any Live Channel / Video
- An activation code is displayed on your screen.

10. How do I know if I have high-speed Internet of at least 4 Mbps?
Please visit www.Speedtest.net in order to test the speed of your Internet. A minimum speed of 4 Mbps download speed would be required to watch SwadesiTV with a good experience.
11. What if my Internet router is not located near my television?
Most of the SwadesiTV compatible devices have a wireless option. You can simply plug in the wireless player to the back of your TV and you will be prompted to choose the correct wireless network. Choose your home network, enter your password and you’ll get connected to Internet.
12. How to subscribe to a SwadesiTV package?

1. Do I need a social security number to purchase SWADESITV?
No, you do not need a social security number to purchase of a package on SwadesiTV.
2. Do I need a credit card to purchase SWADESITV?
Yes, you can use Credit card/Debit card (16 digit card number) to purchase SwadesiTV subscription, And you can use Paypal ID to purchase the pack
3. Is there any commitment or contract involved?
For a monthly subscription, there is no contract. User can deactivate the package any time and the card would not be charged for next month onwards.
For non-recurring packages like quarterly, half-yearly and yearly there are contracts cancellations are not possible.
Note: - After expiration of Non-Recurring subscription, it will be automatically converted to monthly.
4. How am I billed for my SwadesiTV service?
We always charge our customers one month in advance and we charge on a prorated basis After you subscribe to monthly {recurring} package, you will be charged from the day of your purchase to end of the month on prorated basis and recurring gets renewed on 1st of every month, with complete one month subscription amount of the package what you have purchased.
Payments for SwadesiTV will be automatically deducted from your valid debit or credit card on a monthly basis. If you have more questions about billing, please contact us online.
5. What are SwadesiTV’s cancellation policies?
We have a very Simple cancellation Policy
SwadesiTV will not refund any unutilized price for any part of the Services. However, termination of the subscription shall not relieve the user of any obligations (including, but not limited to the payment for the Services) as set forth in this Agreement.
Cancellations of monthly subscriptions
User may apply for termination of the monthly subscription anytime. His/her subscription would get terminated at the end of that month and would not be charged from next month onwards.
Cancellations of quarterly, half-yearly and yearly packages with and without Devices not be permitted under any circumstances as they are available to consumers at discounted prices.
6. How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
You can cancel your monthly subscription only at the end of the month by applying for termination either by calling us on our Toll Free no. or chat live with our executives.

12. For how many days can I use Free trial?
Free trial is only available for 7 days & this can be availed by calling Customer service. After completion of 7 days you will be automatically charged on pro-rated basis which will be renewed on 1st of every month.

As per the information from Sony, devices of 2009 and 2010 models will support only CATCH-UP TV (Please note this is not our issue, the devices are not capable of streaming live channels).
